Once a company signs up for the program, a profile and a Payroll Card account are created for each employee who enrolls in the program. Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly Payroll Card transactions are added to the employer’s existing direct deposit (ACH) file and transmitted to Bank of Atlanta with all direct deposit of payroll participants for processing. On payday, the funds are credited to employees’ Payroll Card accounts or traditional bank accounts. Directo Payroll Card employees have access to their payroll through a vast ATM and POS network.
